THE BEST ACCOMODATION ON KÄRINGÖN
Live like royalty here, with a lovely sea view from every room.
Our rooms are all individually furnished in a light, romantic style. They all have a sea view and high standard of décor and materials, and we have invested in ensuring that the rooms are quiet, secure and well ventilated.
The rooms have comfortable double beds and fully tiled bathrooms with underfloor heating. We have skipped TVs because we’re sure you’d rather spend your time on Käringön doing other things. Use of our lovely sauna by the jetty is always included for our guests.
Breakfast
In the morning our delicious breakfast buffet is served on the large kitchen island. Freshly baked bread, croissants, smoothies, overnight oats, scrambled eggs and waffles with cloudberry jam and cream. Tasty charcuterie and lovely cheeses as well as fresh fruit and crisp vegetables. Naturally in a Swedish seaside hotel you can also expect a selection of different kinds of herring.
Discounts
We offer a great discount when you stay two or more nights, and guests who have stayed here before receive a discount code that can be used when making a new booking on our website. The price is always higher when you book via other booking sites than when you book directly with us.
Adults only hotel
Here at Lotshotellet over 15 year olds are welcome. If a group is booking the whole hotel then naturally children of any age are welcome, and the same applies to our apartments – see further down the page!
Dogs
If you’re travelling with a dog we have a pet-friendly room. Contact us before you book to make sure you get the right one.

SIGNE has romantic wallpaper decorated with roses, is located on the ground floor and is the room closest to the sea. This room is suitable for disabled guests.
GRETA is located on the first floor and has a lovely west facing balcony, with a nice view of the small harbour and the sunset.
OLGA is the lightest room in the building. It is located on the first floor and has a lovely view facing south, and our own dock just below.
AURORA is the goddess of dawn in Roman mythology. This room is our smallest, located on the first floor. It is also the room with the best view. You can lie in your bed and see the sun rise over Käringö fjord.
ELIN is our largest room with high ceilings and a magnificent view of the harbour inlet and the sunset.
ASTRID iis located on the ground floor. The room has a large west facing balcony where you can enjoy the view of the harbour in the evening sun.
Nautica is our apartment for families
Nautica is situated directly on the water with a private west-facing terrace to enjoy the afternoons and sunsets. The main bathing place "Öviken" is just a stone's throw away. Fully equipped kitchen combined with the open livingroom with panoramic windows to the sea where you can see all the sailing boats passing by. The master bed-room in the back is dark and quiet and has a fantastic bed from "Hästens". Bed linen and cleaning is included in the price and you can also book breakfast and sauna at Lotshotellet at very favourable rates.
Both children and four legged friends are welcome to stay in Nautica!
Please note that this is a lovely apartment, but it can not be compared with the hotel.
