Lotshotellet means “The Pilot’s Hotel”, a name inspired by the pilot station that has been part of Käringön for more than 300 years. Today, we are proud to be the island’s most appreciated hotel — and, according to our guests, one of the best in Sweden.

Most of our rooms offer sea views and all of them have a private bathroom. Breakfast, bed linen, towels, bathrobes and fast Wi‑Fi are always included. As our guest, you also have free access to our private bathing jetty and sauna overlooking the sea.

 You are welcome during spring, summer and autumn — the seasons when the archipelago is at its very best. During winter we are closed, but that’s when you can pack your skis and visit our sister hotel in St. Anton, Austria.
